4. Returns
In accordance with the provisions of the Retail Trade Management Law in Spain, THE COMPANY will accept the return of all or part of the order within the 14 days after counting from the reception of the same. In the event that the order reaches the address that you have indicated to us in poor condition (in exceptional cases for inadequate transport) or the products do not conform to what has been purchased (for an error in the preparation of the order), We would appreciate it if you could attach a photo of the product in question when the return request is made.
