Pachypodium sofiense

Pachypodium sofiense a small tree, belonging to succulents,

dry deciduous, similar al P. rutenbergianum and native to dry areas

from northwestern and west central Madagascar.

The branches are strange, with thorns, and each one supports a dense group

simple leaves, like palm trees.

The flowers are numerous, white and yellow.

It is ideal for cultivation in dry tropical areas.
