Haworthia margaritifera variegated an unusual plant that forms clumps and has no stems,

originally from the Western Cape, South Africa, It has a rosette of around 50 tight leaves,

fat, strict, dark green or purple-green, with sharp tips, brown in color

reddish covered with rough bumps, pearly white. The branched stems,

up 16 inches (40 cm) long, they form in summer, and produce flowers

tube-shaped, brown to yellowish green, in bunches of up to 6 inches (15 cm) long. They are best grown like cacti, in individual pots or in groups
