Bamboo easy

Bambusa lako is a rhizomatous evergreen perennial species

that forms quite compact clumps with canes (culms) erect,

recurves at the apex, that they can achieve 20 m height

in tropical areas, but that in other parts they remain

lower, with a diameter of 4-10 cm.

The reeds are hollow between the nodes, distanced from each other 25-35 cm,

with walls of 0,8-1,2 cm thick, surface particularly

initially lucid green in color that over time becomes

in blackish purple, eventually with thin green and yellow streaks.
